PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is of utmost importance to me.  All interactions and communications you have with me or Redwood Raindrop Harmonics will be held in the strictest of confidence.  Your healing journey is just that, your healing journey, and no one should be privy to the intricacies of your process, no matter how trivial or serious the exchange may have been, and no matter how close to you the person who is asking, is.  Any purchases you make, or any Raindrop Harmonics sessions that you receive, will be held in the strictest of confidence.  If a family member or friend approaches me with regards to our business interactions or sales at Redwood Raindrop Harmonics, my response will always be "If I DID provide a service or make a sale to ________, I would not be able to share that information with you. My business interactions are held in the strictest of confidence."

All tips from my services will go into my “Pay it Forward” jar, so that those that are less fortunate can enjoy a session at a discounted rate, or no charge.  If you enjoyed your session and feel abundance of love in your heart for the work, feel free to pay it forward!

PAYMENTS
I accept all major credit cards, checks (personal, business and cashiers), PayPal, Money Orders and cash.  Credit cards are processed through my local secure payment processor, Eureka Payments, so be rest assured your credit card purchase and information is safe.  I pay a monthly fee for this service to ensure your credit card purchases are made securely.  Checks are accepted, however if a check is returned to me for insufficient funds, you will be required to pay any NSF or bank fees associated with the bounced check,  in addition to full cash payment or new check submission (given sufficient funds are guaranteed available for a second try).  Once a check has been returned, the option of paying by check in the future will not be available to you, you will be required to make future payments by credit card or cash. 

CANCELING AN APPOINTMENT
If you call me within 24 hours of your appointment time, I will be happy to cancel or reschedule your visit, as I will have a day to attempt to reschedule someone else to take your place, and I usually have a waiting list of clients waiting to be seen.  If you need to cancel the day of your session, please contact me as soon as you know you cannot make it.  There will be a $50 charge if you cancel the day of, so long as you give me notice you are unable to make it at some point BEFORE the appointment time.  If you are a “no show” and neglect to call or show up for an appointment at all, you will be responsible to pay the full session fee.  Right now, with running 2 businesses, going to school four nights a week, and raising a family of four, my time is literally gold. :)   So I am very grateful for those who respect my time, and honor my policies when canceling.

SCOPE OF WORK
If a client presents a symptom or condition that is out of my scope of work, I will refer clients to a licensed professional that can better serve them.

NONDISCRIMINATION & LANGUAGE TRANSLATORS
I do not tolerate discrimination in any form for any reason, on the basis of age, appearance, attire, creed, disability, gender, handicap, intelligent, personal preferences, primary language, profession, race, religion, residence, second language, social status, speech, weigh, or anything else.  As I do not personally speak any other languages besides English fluently, if a client does not speak English, I do require a translator that the client trusts and deems honorable, to be brought to sessions for discussion before and after, and to go over my Informed Consent Form and 11 Points to Mention as a Prelude to VRT.

REFERRALS
I never charge a referral fee and am happy to refer clients out to others that can better serve them.  However I do look forward to hearing how your experiences were, with the professionals I referred you to, should you feel comfortable sharing.

SHIPPING
Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS within 5-7 business days.  Expedited shipping available upon request.  Oftentimes I will recycle packaging materials, so I may use previously used boxes and padding for shipping.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offers a 30-day return policy on any item purchased through our website or in our store.  If the item is unopened, has never been used and is not damaged, you will receive a full refund within 30 days, so long as you notify me by phone call within 3 business days of having received the item, that there is a desire for return.  So long as the product is in good resellable condition, exchanges are no problem as well, but again, please do notify me via phone call within 3 business days of having received the item that you are hoping to exchange.  Please leave a message on my voicemail at 707-223-3322 and your call will be returned within 24 hours confirming your return or exchange.

ITEMS THAT ARRIVED DAMAGED DUE TO SHIPPING
If you suspect that items were damaged during shipping, let the delivery service know immediately, and call me to let me know immediately upon having received the damaged item. Please leave a message on my voicemail at 707-223-3322 and your call will be returned within 24 hours. Items that are damaged during shipping are covered by the shipping company, but we will be happy to assist in the matter, and provide you a replacement item as soon as possible.  Be sure to report damaged items immediately, as some shipping companies have strict time requirements that limit their liability.  If you do not report to me that items have been damaged within 24 hours of delivery, they may not be covered for replacement, as per individual shippers policies.
